3D Product Animation

A three-dimensional product animation advertisement for a toy company. Created in Maya Autodesk, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.

Objective: Create a Holiday Ad for a popular toy web site. Create an animated box that reveals a product from within.

Response: I chose to create a spec commercial for Lego. I wanted to create a dynamic holiday ad that not only conveys the message that I hope to get across but to do so in an endearing and nostalgic way. I modeled each individual piece within a 3D software, utilizing specific compositions, timelines, and anchor points to create a sleek look and a fluid movement. I decided to set the ad within a Lego store, using real photos from a store that I was able to stitch into a panorama. These elements all contributed to the effectiveness of the commercial.
